en.Wedoany.com Reported - The 2026 World Robot Conference (WRC) opened in Beijing, where Hikrobot showcased real-world solutions covering three core scenarios—industrial logistics, commercial services, and intelligent patrol—highlighting the industrialized outcomes of deep integration between AI and robotics technologies.

During the exhibition, Hikrobot partnered with Minglue Technology to jointly explore innovative applications and large-scale deployment pathways for embodied intelligence in the commercial services sector.

In the industrial logistics scenario, addressing operational characteristics such as narrow aisles, dense storage locations, and diverse material forms in high-density warehousing, Hikrobot demonstrated a flexible piece-picking and order-sorting collaborative solution covering the full chain of "high-level retrieval—floor transport—tote transfer—fine picking." The complete solution integrates multiple forms of embodied robot products and seamlessly connects with Hikrobot's existing offerings, enabling efficient, software-hardware integrated collaboration across the entire process.

In the high-level retrieval stage, the F4 forklift is specifically designed for ultra-narrow aisle scenarios, achieving a rack docking accuracy of ±5mm. It supports multi-modal hybrid navigation via laser SLAM, vision, and QR codes, and is equipped with multiple safety mechanisms including carrier recognition, storage location verification, and operational safety interlocks, enhancing warehouse space utilization while ensuring precision and safety.

In the floor transport and tote transfer stages, the Z1 latent-type autonomous mobile robot carries a payload of 300kg, requiring no server or site modification to achieve minute-level mapping and same-day deployment. It supports travel through ultra-narrow aisles and dynamic obstacle avoidance, covering a wide range of industrial logistics transfer scenarios. The dual-arm robot, with its high response speed and high repeat positioning accuracy, performs continuous tote handling in high-density environments, improving overall warehouse flow efficiency and system throughput.

In the fine picking stage, the solution achieves efficient and stable precise grasping of flexible materials such as garments, fabrics, and soft packaging that are prone to deformation, stretching, and dropping.

In the commercial services scenario, Hikrobot demonstrated a complete service workflow from table clearing and tray collection to floor scrubbing, achieving a full closed loop of autonomous task planning and end-to-end execution in unstructured environments.

Through large-scale training, the robot can autonomously distinguish objects on tables, accurately differentiating food waste from important items. During cleaning, it removes only the waste while preserving user-left items such as phones, keys, and documents, enabling fully automated food waste disposal across commercial settings.

In the comprehensive scenario, Hikrobot also unveiled its quadruped autonomous patrol and inspection solution, covering inspection needs across industrial plants, parks, and complex outdoor terrains.

The quadruped robot features a dual-battery quick-swap design and supports automatic return-to-dock charging, ensuring long-duration continuous duty. It offers a rated payload of 20kg and a maximum payload capacity of 100kg, with factory-level compatibility for robotic arms, gimbals, navigation LiDAR, RTK, and other equipment. The unit achieves an IP67 protection rating, supporting all-weather operation, and features multiple gaits that adjust in real time based on terrain feedback.

In terms of operation modes, the solution supports remote control, tracking, and autonomous navigation. In autonomous navigation mode, it enables fully self-directed patrol and inspection, with real-time obstacle avoidance or dynamic path replanning during operation.

This showcase covers three scenarios—high-density warehousing, commercial services, and complex environment inspection—with solutions oriented toward real operational needs, emphasizing practicality and reusability.
