ArMee Infotech Secures INR 7.41 Billion BOS Award for 600MW Solar Project

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On August 27, ArMee Infotech received two Letters of Award (LOA) from Bondada Engineering for the Balance of System (BOS) package under the EPC scope of a 600MW AC solar project in Fatehgarh, Rajasthan, India, with a total award value of approximately INR 7.41 billion, inclusive of GST. Block-1 has a capacity of 300MW AC with an award value of approximately INR 3.752 billion, while Block-3 has a capacity of 300MW AC with an award value of approximately INR 3.658 billion.

ArMee Infotech's scope of work includes BOS engineering design, procurement, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning, along with associated power evacuation infrastructure. The award scope also includes 3 years of operation and maintenance services, as well as annual maintenance services for designated plant equipment.

In May this year, Bondada Engineering had already secured the BOS award for Block-1 and Block-3 of the same 600MW Fatehgarh solar project under the NTPC Group, with an award value of approximately INR 8.16 billion. The project is being executed under the EPC model, scheduled for completion within 16 months from the receipt of the award notification, and includes 3 years of operation and maintenance services.

The two LOAs received by ArMee Infotech are subject to the execution of final EPC BOS contracts between it and Bondada Engineering. Subsequent project execution, commercial terms, and timelines will be governed by the final agreement between both parties and implemented on a back-to-back basis.
