The facility features a high-density warehouse design with 28-foot clear ceiling heights and includes a 35,000-cubic-foot temperature-controlled seed storage room, catering to the company's long-standing agricultural packaging client base. The new facility increases overall machine capacity by 50% and is expected to add up to 50 new employees. Based on the 50% increase, JBM's original machine capacity was equivalent to approximately 105,000 square feet of scale, and with the addition of the new facility, the company's total capacity rises to approximately 157,500 square feet equivalent.

Founded in 1985 and headquartered in Lebanon, JBM Packaging initially focused on paper box packaging. In 2021, the company leased a site in Queensgate to launch its contract packaging business, offering end-to-end services from filling and kitting to final packaging.
