The National Standard “Gearboxes for Industrial Valves” GB/T 44519-2024, in Which Quanshun Flow Control Participated in Drafting, Has Been Officially Implemented

Wedoany.com Report-Jun 24, Recently, the GB/T 44519-2024 Industrial Valves - Valve Gearboxes standard, issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Standardization Administration, has officially taken effect.

Henan Quanshun Fluid Control Technology Co., Ltd., as one of the core drafting entities, played a significant role in developing this national standard, highlighting its technical leadership in the industrial valve sector. The standard comprehensively regulates the design, testing, and application requirements for industrial valve gearboxes. It covers classifications such as manual/automatic and on-off/regulating gearboxes, along with technical specifications, factory testing, and safety labeling, addressing a gap in the industry. The standard explicitly excludes gearboxes integrated with valves and those designed specifically for underwater applications, focusing on enhancing reliability in general industrial settings.

As a national high-tech enterprise, Quanshun Fluid Control has led or contributed to the formulation of 12 national and industry standards and holds over 70 patented technologies. Its involvement in drafting GB/T 44519-2024 follows its contributions to standards such as Hydraulic Control Valves and Rotary Ball Valves, marking another significant technical achievement in critical fluid control components. The new standard will drive quality improvements in domestically produced valve gearboxes, providing essential support for industries such as energy and chemicals.
