The Xiongan-Shangqiu Section of the Beijing-Hong Kong HSR opened this time starts from Xiongan Station in the north, passes through Xiongan New Area, Cangzhou City, Hengshui City and Xingtai City in Hebei Province, Liaocheng City in Shandong Province, Puyang City in Henan Province, Jining City and Heze City in Shandong Province, and reaches Shangqiu City in Henan Province, terminating at Shangqiu Station. Previously, the Beijing Passenger Transport Section carried out special training focusing on the line characteristics and operating standards of the Xiongan-Shangqiu Section of the Beijing-Hong Kong HSR, and conducted full-process training on standardized passenger service etiquette, equipment and facility operation, and emergency response in various scenarios. The crew has equipped the train with a caring service box, children's comfort supplies and many other convenience service items, and has repeatedly carried out simulated drills for special scenarios to make every effort to create a safe, convenient and comfortable riding environment.

The Beijing Locomotive Depot selected highly skilled EMU drivers to undertake the operating task for the inaugural train on the Xiongan-Shangqiu Section of the Beijing-Hong Kong HSR. The drivers strengthened their training through theoretical study, simulated drills and online practical operation to ensure the safe operation of the train. The Beijing EMU Depot selected onboard mechanics with solid technical skills and rich operating experience to perform the operating task for the inaugural train on the Xiongan-Shangqiu Section of the Beijing-Hong Kong HSR. Before the line opened, the onboard mechanic team had completed multiple rounds of special emergency response training based on the characteristics of the line and train models, ensuring that all members are proficient in various operational skills.
