en.Wedoany.com Reported - On October 7, UAE real estate developer Danube Properties launched the Shahrukhz Residences waterfront residential project in Dubai, with a planned development value of approximately AED 3 billion, featuring a 60-storey residential tower offering about 1,100 fully furnished homes. Located in Dubai Maritime City, the project has residential units starting at AED 1.65 million, with delivery scheduled for December 2029.

The project is planned to include studio apartments as well as one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, along with penthouse duplexes. The developer continues its project brand collaboration with Indian actor Shah Rukh Khan, with some penthouse residences designed by interior designer Gauri Khan. The residences will come with furniture and interior décor, and the project also plans commercial retail space and public service facilities.

The residential tower features more than 40 amenities, including rooftop leisure spaces, fitness and sports facilities, children's activity areas, daytime childcare facilities, and jogging and cycling trails. The project also plans a wellness management area equipped with cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and red light therapy equipment, and offers dedicated yacht services. These facilities will form a supporting system for the project together with the residential floors and communal activity spaces.

The project adopts an installment payment arrangement, with buyers paying 30% of the property price during construction and the remaining 70% upon delivery. The developer previously launched a commercial office building under the same brand on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai; this residential project is located on a different plot and is an independent development.
