en.Wedoany.com Reported - On November 2, the Government of New South Wales, Australia, launched an expression of interest (EOI) process to seek a development partner for the Enterprise Precinct in Bradfield City Centre, with an initial development land area of 6.7 hectares. The project is being advanced by the Bradfield Development Authority, which intends to bring in a partner with industrial real estate development and long-term operational capabilities to undertake the development and construction of the new precinct and the attraction of enterprises.

The precinct is located near the Advanced Manufacturing Park in Bradfield City Centre, adjacent to the city core, within walking distance of the planned Bradfield Metro Station and a 2-hectare Central Park. The park connects to the surrounding transport network via the M12 Motorway and is close to Western Sydney International Airport.

The EOI is open to industrial real estate developers, investment institutions and consortia, with one development partner to be selected to be responsible for the precinct's master planning, development, operations and long-term asset management. The partner will also work with the Bradfield Development Authority to attract large enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises, startups, and research and education institutions.

The precinct will focus on attracting enterprises in advanced manufacturing, construction technology innovation, aerospace, semiconductor technology, clean technology, freight and logistics, defense, education and research. According to the development arrangements announced by the New South Wales Government, after the initial phase of the precinct is completed, an additional 7 hectares of land may be released to the selected partner.

This EOI constitutes the development partner selection stage, and the partner entity will be determined through further evaluation. The project development scope and subsequent land release arrangements will advance in line with the partner selection and the progress of the initial phase implementation.
