Dutch CSG Acquires Barcelona Customs Service Provider

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On November 2, Dutch customs and trade solutions provider Customs Support Group (CSG) completed its acquisition of Barcelona-based customs broker TEN Aduanas 2019 SL. The acquisition gives CSG operational bases at both the Port of Barcelona and Barcelona Airport, two major gateways for international trade and logistics activity in the Mediterranean.

Founded in 2019, TEN Aduanas holds AEO-C certification and provides 24/7 import, export and transit customs declaration services. Its expertise centers on transit operations (T1) and ancillary customs services, including sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary controls, as well as customs services for cruise and maritime operations. Following the acquisition, TEN Aduanas will continue to operate with its existing team and customer-oriented approach, and CSG's Spanish operations will retain their existing offices to ensure service continuity for customers and partners.

Barcelona is the third step in CSG's investment plan in Spain. In 2022, CSG first entered the Spanish market through the acquisition of Tránsito 2000 in Algeciras; in September 2025, the group acquired DOJÖ Consulting Group in Madrid, expanding its presence in the Spanish capital. CSG Spain currently has approximately 100 professionals across Algeciras, Barcelona and Madrid. Elías Benhamú, Managing Director of CSG Spain and France, said the acquisition is a new milestone in CSG's long-term commitment to Spain, having expanded from Algeciras to Madrid and Barcelona over four years, "building an organization of around one hundred professionals and establishing a solid presence in Spain's main customs hubs."
