AXYZ and WARDJet of the United States Jointly Host CNC and Waterjet Machining Technology Showcase

The event featured demonstrations of CNC milling, waterjet cutting, and industrial laser processing equipment, showcasing cutting, precision machining, and automated production solutions for various materials. The event was held at 3162 E La Palma Avenue, Anaheim, with daily hours from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

AXYZ highlighted the INFINITE series CNC machining centers and the PANELBuilder composite panel processing solution. The INFINITE features a configurable machine structure, providing CNC milling capabilities for different materials, machining sizes, and production tasks. The PANELBuilder is designed for aluminum composite panel and architectural cladding panel manufacturing, integrating CNC machining equipment with automated label printing, barcode scanning, and material handling systems to form a production workflow covering panel identification, positioning, and processing.

In the automated panel processing segment, the PANELBuilder solution showcased by AXYZ was paired with the LOADLine HD automated loading and unloading system. The system supports handling panels up to 16 feet in length and weighing 500 pounds, and is equipped with intelligent panel separation, pop-up locating pins, and flexible front and rear loading capabilities. The automated loading and unloading device works in conjunction with the machining equipment, barcode identification, and label management functions, enabling continuous processing and material management of aluminum composite panels.

The A-Series waterjet cutting system exhibited by WARDJet features a compact equipment layout, targeting precision cutting applications for a variety of industrial materials. The series is capable of configuring waterjet processing functions within a relatively small equipment footprint, suitable for cutting tasks involving different materials and workpiece shapes. The event included waterjet equipment alongside AXYZ CNC milling equipment in its technology showcase, providing manufacturing enterprises with equipment selection and application exchange opportunities for different cutting processes.

Co-exhibiting company Radian Laser Systems provided demonstrations of CO2 laser, fiber laser, and UV laser processing technologies. Among them, the CO2 laser system is used for engraving and cutting materials such as wood, acrylic, leather, and coated metal, while the fiber laser system is aimed at permanent marking of metals and some plastics, supporting serial numbers, corporate logos, and complex graphic processing. The related equipment also covers surface processing and marking applications for glass, plastics, and other materials.

The event featured on-site equipment operation demonstrations and technical exchange sessions, where participating enterprises could discuss equipment configurations, processing materials, and specific production needs with technical personnel from AXYZ, WARDJet, and Radian Laser Systems.
