Sinopec Qilu Petrochemical Ethylene EPC Project Launches Procurement of 10 Centrifugal Pumps

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On November 3, Sinopec Engineering Incorporation launched a public tender for centrifugal pumps under the ethylene EPC general contracting project of the Qilu Petrochemical Lu Oil Lu Refining project, planning to procure 10 BB5, BB2 and VS6 centrifugal pumps for the transportation of various media including boiler water, pan oil, C3 hydrocarbons and propylene. The project is funded by state-owned capital with a contribution ratio of 100%, and the tender number is NWZ261119-2301-140645.

This procurement includes 3 BB5 centrifugal pumps with a design flow rate of 30 to 45 cubic meters per hour and a head of 550 to 650 meters, handling boiler water at 80°C to 175°C; 2 BB2 centrifugal pumps with a flow rate of 2,000 to 2,800 cubic meters per hour and a head of 55 to 75 meters for pan oil transportation; and two groups totaling 4 BB2 centrifugal pumps for C3 hydrocarbon transportation under different flow rate and head conditions.

The procurement scope also includes 1 VS6 vertical centrifugal pump with a flow rate of 45 to 60 cubic meters per hour and a head of 250 to 350 meters, handling propylene. The different pump types respectively address the requirements for high-head boiler water, large-flow process media and vertical low-temperature hydrocarbon transportation within the ethylene plant.

The tender sets clear requirements for supplier track records. Bidders must have supplied BB2, BB5 and VS6 centrifugal pumps of the same or similar models in at least two petrochemical plants or comparable operating conditions, and must provide supporting documents such as contracts and invoices covering the period from October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2025.

This tender only accepts direct bids from producers or manufacturers; agents and distributors are not accepted, nor are consortium bids. Tender documents went on sale from 16:00 on November 3 and will be available until 16:00 on November 9. The deadline for submission of bids and the bid opening time is 9:00 on November 16, with all proceedings conducted online via the Sinopec Materials Electronic Bidding and Tendering Trading Platform.
