The two parties intend to strengthen business cooperation in the application of adhesive materials in the industrial, packaging, and new energy sectors, combining their respective strengths in material supply, end-market development, and sales channel resources to jointly explore market cooperation opportunities for related products.

Chen Qing, Executive Vice President of Yongguan Group, and Gao Zhixin, Asia Pacific Commercial Director of Dow's Coatings Materials Business, signed the memorandum on behalf of the two parties. Under the cooperation arrangement, Yongguan will leverage its advantages in end-market development, customer resources, sales channels, and product application experience, while Dow will provide support in materials science, global resources, and supply capabilities, driving business cooperation between the two parties in adhesive material-related application fields.
