Wedoany.com Report-Nov. 19, On Tuesday, Alphabet’s Google launched the latest version of its artificial intelligence model, Gemini 3, highlighting that its new capabilities will be immediately available in several revenue-generating products, including the company’s search engine. Gemini 3 arrives 11 months after the second-generation model and continues to position Google as a leader in AI. Executives noted that the model leads on multiple industry leaderboards measuring AI performance.

CEO Sundar Pichai described the update as “our most intelligent model” in a company blog post. He added that Gemini 3 represents the first time Google has embedded a new AI model into its search engine from day one. In previous launches, integrating Gemini into Google’s core products typically took weeks or months.
The launch reflects a shift in the AI race from purely technical benchmarks toward practical, money-making applications. Google emphasized that Gemini 3 already supports several consumer and enterprise offerings at launch, contrasting with prior model releases. Koray Kavukcuoglu, Google’s chief AI architect, told reporters: “We think Gemini has set quite a new pace in terms of both releasing the models, but also getting it to people faster than ever before.”
Paying users of Google’s premium AI subscription plan can access Gemini 3 through AI Mode, a search feature that provides computer-generated answers for complex queries instead of standard web results. The update also includes improvements in coding and reasoning, allowing the company to launch new tools for both consumers and enterprise clients.
Among the new features is “Gemini Agent,” which can complete multi-step tasks such as organizing a user’s inbox or booking travel arrangements. The tool reflects Google’s ongoing vision for a “universal assistant,” internally referred to as AlphaAssist. The company also redesigned the Gemini app to return answers in a format resembling a full website, enabling interactive and visual results. Josh Woodward, vice president overseeing the app, demonstrated how Gemini can respond to prompts like “create a Van Gogh gallery with life context for each piece” by generating a dynamic, on-demand interface.
The launch underscores the financial focus of AI products, as Alphabet’s stock performance this year has been largely driven by revenue from AI offerings in its cloud division. While leading AI developers such as Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic continue to advance models, attention is increasingly on practical applications and monetization rather than just benchmarks.
Gemini 3 is intended to support Google’s broader strategy of integrating AI across its services, enhancing productivity tools, and providing enterprise solutions while offering consumers interactive and visually enriched search experiences. The update highlights Google’s push to accelerate AI deployment, making the technology available quickly and widely across its platforms.
