Compared with September 2025, the market expanded by approximately 5.5 per cent from 917,980 tonnes.

Local production increased 7.4 per cent year-on-year to 973,709 tonnes from 906,629 tonnes. Imports contributed 559 tonnes to total supply, representing a 25 per cent rise from 447 tonnes recorded in the same month of the previous year.

For the January–October 2025 period, cumulative cement consumption in Argentina grew 7.2 per cent year-on-year to 8.432 million tonnes from 7.864 million tonnes in the corresponding period of 2024.

Domestic production over the same ten months advanced 7.4 per cent to 8.49 million tonnes compared with 7.906 million tonnes in the prior-year period.

Exports showed notable improvement, increasing 30.6 per cent to 60,198 tonnes from 46,107 tonnes in the first ten months of 2024. Meanwhile, imports declined 28.1 per cent to 2,806 tonnes from 3,904 tonnes over the same timeframe.
