Wedoany.com Report-Nov. 25, XAG has introduced the P150 Max, its most advanced agricultural drone designed specifically for large-scale and challenging field environments. The fully autonomous platform delivers enhanced payload capacity, modular functionality, and upgraded flight control to improve reliability, safety, and overall operating efficiency amid growing labour shortages and rising production costs.

XAG P150 Max agricultural drone delivers precision spraying with high efficiency

With an 80-kilogram payload and maximum flight speed of 20 metres per second, the P150 Max performs multiple tasks—including spraying, spreading, field mapping, and logistics—by swapping dedicated modular systems in minutes. Its robust design enables effective operation across uneven terrain and areas inaccessible to conventional machinery.

The RevoSpray 5 System features an 80-litre smart liquid tank and dual centrifugal nozzles capable of 32 litres per minute, expandable to 46 litres per minute with a four-nozzle kit. Droplet size is adjustable from 60 to 500 microns for precise application in diverse crops, including dense orchards.

For spreading tasks such as seeding or fertilising, the RevoCast 5 System handles up to 300 kilograms per minute from a 115-litre container, using a vertical waving broadcast mechanism for uniform coverage and strong wind resistance.

The integrated RealTerra mapping system surveys up to 20 hectares per flight, generating high-definition field maps instantly while onboard AI identifies boundaries and obstacles for safer autonomous routing.

Equipped with the RevoSling Module, the drone can transport up to 80 kilograms of inputs, tools, or harvested produce across difficult terrain, including flooded or roadless areas.

Powered by the SuperX 5 Ultra Intelligent Control System with 4D imaging radar and wide-angle vision, the P150 Max maintains centimetre-level precision and automatically avoids obstacles such as power lines and irrigation equipment. Mission planning and real-time control are managed via the XAG One App or SRC 5 Remote Controller, with reliable positioning preserved through the XRTK 7 Mobile Station even in low-signal zones.

The Smart SuperCharge Battery supports extended fieldwork and recharges in as little as seven minutes using the Parallel Charging Kit, ensuring minimal downtime during intensive operations.

Built on XAG's 18 years of agricultural drone expertise and more than 9.3 million flight hours accumulated since 2022, the P150 Max is now available for preorder through authorised distributors in selected markets, with customer deliveries scheduled to begin next year. The platform represents a practical, field-proven solution aimed at reducing operational costs and promoting sustainable large-scale farming worldwide.
