Wedoany.com Report-Dec.1, Poland's sold industrial production rose 3.2% year-on-year in October 2025, easing from the 4.6% gain recorded in October 2024. On a month-on-month basis, output increased 5.4% compared with September 2025. For the first ten months of 2025, cumulative sold production was up 2.8% from the same period of 2024, when it had grown only 0.7%.
Among sectors, the manufacture of wearing apparel recorded a slight year-on-year decline in October, with the relevant index falling below 100, according to data released by Statistics Poland.
After seasonal and calendar adjustment, industrial production stood 1.1% higher than in October 2024 but was 1.0% lower than in September 2025.
By major industrial groupings, output of capital goods advanced strongly by 9.2% year-on-year in October. Production of non-durable consumer goods expanded 4.2%, while intermediate goods rose 1.4%. In contrast, durable consumer goods edged down 0.6%, and the production of energy-related products decreased 5.9%.
Overall, the October figures confirmed continued moderate growth in Polish industrial activity through the closing months of 2025, supported mainly by investment-related and everyday consumer products, despite softer performance in selected areas such as apparel and energy supply.
