Completion and Handover of Sandbrook Residential Development Project in Staffordshire, UK

Cameron Homes has recently completed the Sandbrook residential development project in Staffordshire. The project has a total value of £11.2 million and took approximately 15 months to construct.

The development is located in the Streethay area of Lichfield City, offering a total of 30 one-to-five bedroom homes. The project includes 19 properties for sale on the open market and 11 affordable homes provided for the Trent & Dove Housing Association.

The site was allocated for residential use under the Lichfield District Council's local plan. The detailed planning application was designed by White Ridge Architects and received approval in March 2024. The development benefits from its location, offering walkable access to the city centre, proximity to the main railway station, and surrounding educational and lifestyle amenities.
