Prior to joining Jade Resources, he served as General Manager and Country Manager for MACA in Cambodia, playing a key role in initiating mining activities at Okvau.
Morgan Hart, Managing Director of Jade Resources, stated that this appointment recognizes Redmond's contributions to the group's operations. Hart said: "Josh will now manage the group's operational performance alongside our long-serving Executive Director, Mick Evans. Evans will leverage his extensive experience in mining project development to focus on the construction and commissioning of the company's Dingo Ridge and Memot gold projects, aiming to achieve our goal of becoming a multi-mine gold producer with an annual output of 300,000 to 400,000 ounces."
