Wedoany.com Report-Aug. 28, JDR Cable Systems, a UK-based subsea and power cable manufacturer under the TFKable Group, has secured a contract to supply approximately 100 kilometers of 33 kV subsea power cables for the Liverpool Bay carbon capture and storage (CCS) project, led by Italian energy company Eni. The project, located offshore the UK, aims to store CO2 in depleted natural gas reservoirs beneath Liverpool Bay.
