Functional Requirements: Must possess basic turning capabilities, including external cylindrical, internal bore, facing, grooving, and threading operations. Operation Mode: Manual operation, equipped with necessary handles, gears, and transmission mechanisms to facilitate learning and mastery of turning techniques by students and technical personnel. Accuracy Requirements: Must meet basic teaching and research needs, ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface quality of machined parts. Safety Performance: Must comply with international safety standards, equipped with necessary safety protection devices such as guards, emergency stop buttons, etc. Attachments and Accessories: Including but not limited to chucks, centers, tool posts, measuring tools, etc., to meet basic turning operation requirements. Project Content: Procured materials must comply with international and industry standards, ensuring equipment quality, safety, and durability. The supplier must provide equipment installation, commissioning, and initial training services to ensure TUS technical personnel can operate the equipment proficiently. The equipment must be accompanied by detailed user manuals, maintenance manuals, and warranty services for subsequent use and maintenance. Scope of Services: The supplier is responsible for transporting the equipment to the designated location at TUS and assumes risks during transportation. Provide equipment installation, commissioning, and operational training to ensure the equipment can be put into immediate use. During the warranty period, the supplier must provide free repair or replacement services for non-human-caused equipment failures. Beyond the warranty period, the supplier should provide ongoing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
