Specific specifications include, but are not limited to: lathe machining diameter range, spindle speed, feed rate; CNC milling machine worktable size, travel distance, spindle power; grinding machine machining accuracy, grinding wheel size, etc. All equipment should be equipped with advanced CNC systems, support multiple programming languages, and be easy for teaching and practical operation.

Machine Tool Category: High-precision lathes, CNC milling machines, surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, drilling machines, etc.;

Tools and Accessories: Various cutting tools, fixtures, measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers), tool libraries, workbenches, etc.;

Project Content: This project aims to create a modern and high-efficiency practical teaching environment by comprehensively updating the practical machining teaching equipment at SOŠ Žarnovica school. Project content includes, but is not limited to:

Procurement, transportation, installation, and commissioning of equipment;

Redesigning and optimizing teaching curricula, incorporating the latest industry technologies and practical cases;

Professional skills training for teachers to enhance their mastery and application capabilities of new equipment and technologies;

Practical operation training for students, enhancing their practical and innovative abilities through project-based learning, skills competitions, etc.;

Establishing an equipment maintenance and upkeep system to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.

Service Scope: Suppliers are required to provide comprehensive services, including but not limited to:

Supply, transportation, customs clearance, and on-site installation and commissioning of equipment;

Technical training, including operation training, programming training, maintenance training, etc., for teachers and students;

Equipment warranty service, typically including at least one year of free warranty, providing free repairs and replacement parts during the warranty period;

Regular maintenance service, developing maintenance plans based on equipment usage, and conducting regular on-site equipment inspections and upkeep;

Rapid fault response service, establishing a 24-hour customer service hotline to ensure quick response and provision of solutions when equipment malfunctions occur;

Long-term technical support and upgrade services. As technology continuously develops, suppliers must provide equipment technology upgrade solutions to maintain the equipment's advancement and applicability.
