Dry-installed sewage pumps: Maintenance of dry-installed sewage pumps in pump houses, including horizontal and vertical pumps.

Mixers and agitators: Maintenance of submersible mixers in pump sumps to prevent solid sedimentation.

Associated motors and control cabinets: Fault diagnosis and repair of motors, frequency converters, soft starters, and local control cabinets associated with the pumps.

Service details:

Routine maintenance:

Regular inspection of pump vibration, noise, and temperature.

Inspection and replacement of seals to prevent sewage leakage.

Inspection of impeller wear and clearing of entanglements.

Inspection and replacement of gearbox lubricating oil.

Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting:

On-site diagnosis of sudden failures, providing 24-hour emergency repair services.

Identification and repair of electrical faults (e.g., insulation degradation, phase loss, overload).

Component replacement and repair:

Replacement of worn impellers, pump casings, bearings, shaft sleeves.

Replacement of damaged cables, float switches, level sensors.
