Detailed introduction: The 5-55 series fan is an efficient and energy-saving product developed by our company, used in ventilation and exhaust systems for metallurgy, chemical, pharmaceutical, and dust removal production lines. In coal-fired boiler systems, it can be configured for induced and forced draft systems for boilers with evaporation capacities ranging from 20 tons/hour to 800 tons/hour.

①Capable of providing high outlet pressure while delivering greater air flow with lower noise. It operates stably at higher medium temperatures.
②The fan speed can be flexibly set by pairing with different pulley diameters, allowing the fan to operate at the highest efficiency point and reducing energy waste.
③It offers motor sliding rails for easy belt tensioning, reducing energy loss caused by belt slack.
④The bearing box is pre-equipped with installation positions for temperature and vibration sensors, making it easy to install the fan monitoring system.
⑤It uses liquid lubricating oil, and the lubrication oil can be changed or added without opening the bearing box. The bearing box is equipped with a viewing window for easy observation of the oil quality and quantity.
⑥The bearing box uses a labyrinth mechanical seal with a unique oil leakage prevention design inside, a vent hole at the top, and sealing grease at the joints, completely eliminating the possibility of oil leakage from the bearing box.
⑦The impeller undergoes annealing treatment to fully eliminate the internal stresses caused during welding, ensuring that the impeller does not deform or crack.
⑧The impeller undergoes high-standard dynamic balancing to ensure stable operation of the fan.
⑨After production, the fan undergoes operational testing and vibration value detection to ensure reliable operation.
