Product Introduction

The PDC-Roller Hybrid Bit integrates a PDC fixed cutting structure with a roller cone cutting structure. The teeth on the roller cone crush rock through impact, creating fractured pits at the well bottom, which makes the well bottom uneven and weakens the rock strength. The auxiliary role of the roller cone facilitates the penetration of PDC teeth into the formation, enhancing the PDC teeth's ability to shear and break rock.

A series of personalized PDC-Roller Hybrid Bits has been developed for complex and difficult-to-drill formations. These products offer strong formation adaptability, high rock-breaking efficiency, and fast mechanical drilling rates in challenging formations such as hard formations, abrasive formations, dense mud shale, and heterogeneous formations (e.g., conglomerate layers).

Key Features

Optimized PDC and roller cone matching, providing strong adaptability and high rock-breaking efficiency in difficult-to-drill formations.

Force balance analysis and optimization of the hybrid cutting structure, ensuring both drill bit stability and formation adaptability, while extending service life.

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) optimization of the drill bit's waterways and nozzles, improving flow field distribution, cleaning, and cooling effects.
