The φ38mm/φ48mm MWD system employs mature shear valve and servo valve mud pulse technologies for positive pulse transmission. Each unit of the tool features a modular design for easy assembly and disassembly. The integrated modular design of the directional probe’s circuit core and pressure-resistant housing not only enhances usability but also eliminates installation errors through overall calibration, significantly improving measurement accuracy.

The pulser adopts a suspended installation method, with a DC motor-driven pulse driver that is energy-efficient and powerful, suitable for deep wells with high-density mud conditions. By adjusting the stator-rotor gap or flow-limiting ring size, it can accommodate flow rates ranging from 4L/s to 90L/s.
