The High-Speed Shear Valve is a core component of the Measurement-While-Drilling (MWD) system. It generates pressure pulse signals by periodically shearing drilling fluid, transmitting downhole engineering parameters (e.g., inclination, azimuth, temperature) and geological parameters (e.g., gamma, formation resistivity) to the surface in real time, providing critical data support for drilling decisions.
