An ultra-short near-bit sub (0.5 meters) equipped with focused gamma sensors, resistivity sensors, and other instruments, enabling near-bit azimuthal gamma and resistivity measurements with virtually no blind zones, significantly improving drilling encounter rates.

A specialized hollow screw design houses batteries and electromagnetic coupling wireless communication assemblies, transmitting geological and engineering parameters measured near the bit to the MWD system via "wired transmission" through the hollow screw.
