Integrated Hydraulic Lubrication and Automated Equipment Control

The HPT is equipped with an integrated hydraulic lubrication system and a centralized automated intelligent control system, which reduces hydraulic lubrication input costs while monitoring equipment operating conditions in real time, ensuring safe and stable operation with more effortless and worry-free equipment management.

Laminated Crushing for Excellent Particle Shape

The HPT employs the laminated crushing principle to crush materials, optimizing equipment and cavity design to enhance laminated crushing efficiency. This results in high crushing efficiency, low wear on consumable parts, cubic-shaped finished products, high fine particle content, improved product quality, and reduced production costs for both the equipment and the entire system.

Hydraulic Safety and Cavity Clearing

The equipment's safety system consists of multiple large safety cylinders and accumulators, which provide crushing force when the safety cylinders are positively engaged, while also offering overload protection and iron release functions. In reverse operation, it enables cavity clearing, significantly reducing downtime.

Automated Intelligent Control System

The control system integrates hydraulic lubrication and electrical centralized automation, enabling functions such as automatic pressure compensation, multi-mode operation, fault protection alerts, and parameter monitoring. The design is more compact, enhancing the equipment's safety factor and making operation simpler and more convenient.

Hydraulic Motor for Discharge Opening Adjustment

The equipment allows for precise and continuous remote adjustment of the discharge opening size through forward and reverse rotation of the hydraulic motor. Continuous rotation of the hydraulic motor also enables quick disassembly and assembly of the adjustment ring, reducing downtime.
