The GW8 series single-column single-arm direct-rotation outdoor three-phase high-voltage AC neutral point disconnect switch is used for opening and closing the neutral point connection of a transformer under no-load conditions.

The GW8 series high-voltage AC neutral point disconnect switch is a single-pole single-column structure, mainly composed of a base, post insulator, conductive circuit, and operating mechanism. The blade is installed at the lower part of the post insulator, and the static contact is mounted at the upper part. When opening, an insulating break in the vertical direction is formed between the blade and the static contact directly above. During the closing action, the blade rotates leftward in the vertical plane until it engages correctly with the static contact.

The GW8 series high-voltage AC neutral point disconnect switch can be equipped with the CJTK electric mechanism or the CS17A manual mechanism.
