Applications and Characteristics:
1. LY Steel's medium-high carbon steel (0.20–1.2% C) is available in a wide range of specifications, featuring excellent toughness, high hardenability, and high wear resistance. It is widely used in saw blades (for stone, metallurgy, woodworking, etc.), automotive components (diaphragm springs, safety buckles, seats, gears, etc.), cutting tools, hand tools, and high-strength strapping bands. The steel strip has a thickness range of 1.5–20mm and a width range of 980–2050mm.
2. LY Steel's hot-rolled medium-high carbon steel ensures appropriate hardness, preventing edge collapse due to excessive softness or cracking due to excessive hardness during stamping processes. It offers good plasticity, allowing for significant reduction rates during cold rolling.
3. With excellent flatness and high dimensional accuracy, hot-rolled coils with a thickness greater than 3.9mm can be processed on China's most advanced cross-cutting line, achieving a flatness deviation of less than 10mm/m. For hot-rolled coils with a thickness less than 3mm, precision finishing ensures post-flattening flatness with a deviation of less than 15mm/m.
