The cable structure typically includes, from inside to outside, conductor, insulation, sheath, and other components. The conductor uses flexible stranded copper or tinned copper, offering good conductivity and corrosion resistance. The insulation employs ethylene propylene rubber, providing excellent electrical properties, flexibility, and temperature resistance. The sheath uses neoprene or thermoplastic polyurethane, featuring good abrasion resistance, weather resistance, and corrosion resistance, protecting the internal cable structure from external environmental influences.
