Product Introduction
  1. The cross-linked polyethylene insulated flame-retardant low-voltage power cable is used for power and lighting applications on various river and sea vessels, as well as offshore or marine structures, designed for fixed installations. The cable structure typically includes, from inside to outside, conductor, insulation, filler, inner sheath, tinned copper wire braiding, and outer sheath. The conductor is made of stranded bare copper or tinned copper, offering excellent conductivity. The insulation uses cross-linked polyethylene, which plays a critical role in determining the cable’s lifespan. The filler ensures a more compact cable structure, while the tinned copper wire braiding optimizes the internal electric field distribution. Both the inner and outer sheaths are made of thermosetting low-smoke halogen-free polyolefin SHF2, which, after irradiation cross-linking, protects the cable from mechanical damage and environmental factors.
  2. This product is designed and manufactured in accordance with standards such as IEC 60092-350 & IEC 60092-353, IEC 60092-360, IEC 60332-1 & IEC 60332-3 Category A, IEC 60754, IEC 61034, and IEC 60684. It has passed certifications from classification societies including the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Bureau Veritas (BV), China Classification Society (CCS), Det Norske Veritas (DNV), Korean Register (KR), Lloyd's Register (LR), Nippon Kaiji Kyokai (NK), Registro Italiano Navale (RINA), and Russian Register (RS).
