Product Introduction
  1. Offshore low-voltage power and lighting cables are primarily used to connect marine resource development equipment, such as subsea drilling platforms, floating production storage and offloading vessels, submersibles, offshore wind power equipment, etc., undertaking important functions such as power transmission. For fixed laying in hazardous or safe zones, or areas exposed to mud, drilling/washing fluids, etc., we recommend mud-resistant models. The cable structure features conductors made of Class 2 or Class 5 stranded tinned copper or bare copper, offering excellent conductivity. The insulation uses ethylene propylene rubber, providing good electrical performance and temperature resistance. The inner liner is halogen-free polymer, and tinned copper wire braiding provides good mechanical protection and electromagnetic shielding performance. The outer sheath is thermosetting halogen-free polyolefin SHF2, and can also be thermosetting mud-resistant halogen-free polyolefin SHF2 MUD as required.
  2. This product is designed and manufactured in accordance with standards such as NEK TS 606 & IEC 60092-353, IEC 60092-360, IEC 60332-1-2 & IEC 60332-3-22, IEC 60754, IEC 61034, etc. It has passed certification from classification societies such as the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) and Det Norske Veritas (DNV).
