Product Introduction
  1. Low-voltage and lighting power cables are primarily used for fixed installations on ships, suitable for most areas of the vessel and open deck areas, providing stable power transmission for electricity, lighting, and other applications to ensure normal ship operations. The cable structure typically includes, from inside to outside, conductor, insulation, sheath, galvanized steel wire braiding, and paint coating. The conductor uses stranded bare copper or tinned copper, offering excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The insulation employs ethylene propylene rubber, providing superior electrical insulation, heat resistance, and aging resistance. The sheath is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), offering certain levels of abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. The cable also features galvanized steel wire braided armor, enhancing mechanical strength and tensile resistance, effectively protecting the internal structure.
  2. This product is designed and manufactured in accordance with standards such as JIS C 3410 & JIS C 3411, IEC 60332-3 CAT 'A' (for "FA-" type cables), and IEC 60332-1. It has passed certification from the Nippon Kaiji Kyokai (NK) classification society and holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 system certification certificates.
