The SC(B)10 series resin-insulated dry-type transformer is a product developed by our company to meet the needs of national urban and rural power grid transformation, market demands, and to improve product performance and production efficiency. This series complies with the national standard GB/T 10228. Based on the performance level code for dry-type transformers, it reduces no-load loss and load loss compared to the SC(B)9 series, while optimizing electromagnetic and structural design. It is widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, subways, user substations, and other power distribution and power systems of 35kV and below.
Our company's products use imported epoxy resin material with low viscosity and high purity, combined with imported vacuum casting equipment. Strict control of the process effectively avoids the drawbacks of difficult partial discharge control and easy cracking on the coil surface common in such transformers. For on-load tap-changing products, imported or domestic on-load tap changers can be configured according to customer requirements.
Currently, our company's 10kV and 35kV products in this series have passed tests by the National Supervision and Inspection Center and have been applied in key projects such as Guangzhou Asian Games City, Chengdu Metro, Kunming Metro, etc., receiving unanimous praise from users.
Product Features:
1.Strong Short-circuit Resistance:
Due to the material properties of the resin and the integral casting of the windings, which form a rigid body after heating and curing, the mechanical strength is very high. The foil width of the low-voltage winding is the reactance height, and the low-voltage current matches the ampere-turn balance of the windings, making the axial force caused by short circuits almost zero. Therefore, the transformer has excellent short-circuit resistance.
2.Low Partial Discharge:
The IEC international standard specifies that for dry-type transformers, the partial discharge test value under test voltage shall not exceed 10pC to be qualified. Through detailed design calculations and perfect manufacturing process measures, the partial discharge test values of our resin cast series products are all below 5pC.
3.Good Lightning Impulse Resistance:
The initial distribution of lightning impulse voltage along the windings affects the degree of insulation damage to the transformer windings. The improved high-voltage winding end insulation structure makes the initial voltage distribution close to linear, thus the transformer has good lightning impulse resistance.
4.Low Noise:
The resin cast series products adopt special structural, process measures, and optimized design, greatly reducing noise. After noise spectrum tests, the overall noise level of the transformer is lower than the noise value specified in the national professional standard, making it suitable for use in cultural, commercial, and residential areas.
5.Significant Energy-saving Effect and Good Economic Performance:
The resin cast series products use high-quality conductor materials and high-permeability silicon steel sheets, combined with internationally advanced Georg shearing equipment and advanced core stacking technology, resulting in low loss, reasonable and compact structure, beautiful appearance, and low operating costs.
