The reactors produced by our company are Class H aramid fiber insulated dry-type reactors. In addition to meeting Chinese national standards, they also comply with relevant international standards, including air-core shunt reactors, series reactors, current-limiting reactors, harmonic reactors, smoothing reactors, etc. They are widely used in national key engineering projects such as power plants, airports, chemicals, construction, nuclear power plants, and other industries.
Reactors are inductive components widely used in power systems, with three main applications:
1.Limiting system short-circuit current: such as current-limiting reactors in power systems, series reactors for electric furnaces and steelmaking furnace transformers, series reactors for shunt reactor banks, and starting reactors for large motors.
2.Compensating capacitive current: such as shunt reactors in power systems, arc suppression coils for neutral point grounding, and test reactors in series resonance test devices.
3.Filtering harmonics in power systems: such as smoothing reactors and filter reactors in DC systems, which play roles in current limiting, filtering, and suppressing overvoltage.
Our company's Class H insulated dry-type reactor products are designed using modern computer technology and special design methods, with high design accuracy. The reactor inductance design accuracy is within 0.5%, and the actual manufacturing error can be controlled within ±1.5%. The VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) production process ensures a compact and solid structure for the reactor. It has high insulation strength, greatly increased overvoltage withstand capability compared to traditional products, uniform temperature rise distribution in the coils, small temperature difference, good inductance linearity, small eddy currents, low losses, low noise, high reliability, high mechanical strength, light weight, flame-retardant, maintenance-free, long service life, and no pollution.
