T-1 EasyShield - Modified Epoxy High-Temperature and Corrosion-Resistant Coating
A two-component coating composed of imported specialty epoxy resin, pigments, various functional fillers, additives, and modified curing agents.
Main Performance
The coating film has good adhesion, high hardness, excellent immersion resistance, good abrasion resistance, as well as excellent acid resistance and high temperature resistance.
Design Purpose
Suitable for the inner walls of electrostatic precipitators and baghouse dust collectors in waste incineration power generation, hazardous waste incineration, biomass power generation, thermal power plants, steel plant machine heads, and cement kiln tail equipment, as well as for corrosion protection in flues, chimneys, flue gas preheaters, and similar environments. Heat resistance limit: 250°C Sulfuric acid corrosion resistance limit concentration: 40%.
