YHTherm600 Silicone Heat-Resistant Paint (600℃)
A two-component silicone high-temperature aluminum paint composed of silicone resin, aluminum powder, additives, organic solvents, etc.
Main Performance
Features heat resistance up to 650℃; with curing agent, it can air-dry at room temperature; without curing agent, it can be cured by high-temperature baking (180-200℃, 1-2 hours).
Design Purpose
Suitable for protective coating on steel surfaces of high-temperature equipment such as boilers, exhaust pipes, engines, ovens, etc.; can be applied over steel structures with appropriate primers, suitable for both new structures and maintenance of existing structures; can be used as a surface sealer coat for galvanized, sprayed aluminum, and other components requiring heat resistance.

Color: Aluminum (silver white), slight color change after heating
Gloss: Matte, gloss may change after heating
Volume solids content: 35±2%
Mixed specific gravity: Approx. 1.1kg/L
Actual coverage rate VOC content: Consider a certain loss factor ≤600g/L
