This series of products represents the core equipment for advanced shaping, sand making, screening, environmental dust removal, and the realization of intelligent production control systems. Drawing from advanced domestic and international sand and gravel production and processing process technologies, we have independently developed a closed-loop intelligent control, modular sand making system with multiple functions, including automatic feeding, conveying, sand making, screening, dust removal, powder removal, and automatic control of fineness modulus.
The mechanical performance of the core equipment in this series—the LM, VSI-C, and VSI-S three major series of rotor centrifugal sand making machines—has reached an excellent level within the industry. Particularly in high-demand aggregate crushing and sand making applications, these three series of rotor centrifugal sand making machines are applied in environmentally friendly production processes ranging from traditional wet processing to dry or semi-dry methods.
