In high-performance concrete, sand accounts for approximately 30%-40% of the total concrete aggregate. In recent years, as the country has progressively intensified environmental protection efforts, the proportion of natural sand used has been declining annually, driving an urgent market demand for large-scale production of manufactured sand. In light of this, our company has developed the MBS series of premium manufactured sand wet processing production lines. This series features high single-line production capacity, excellent finished sand gradation, and favorable particle shape. It effectively overcomes the drawbacks of dry sand-making processes, which are significantly affected by weather, often result in a low proportion of medium sand in the finished product, exhibit poor gradation continuity, and have unstable clay content control. It is the preferred choice for large-scale manufactured sand production.
