WGJY series Aircraft Refuellers are designed for efficient and safe aircraft refueling/defueling at airports where underground hydrant system are not available. The functions include fuel-pumping, pressure-adjusting, filtering, and metering.

- An intrinsically safe electro-pneumatic Deadman control handle installed and acting upon the secondary pressure control valve to interrupt flow;
- Deadman override in case of deadman handle malfunction during refueling.
