The XM distribution box adopts components such as circuit breakers, miniature circuit breakers, electricity meters, sockets, etc. The box components are made of cold-rolled steel plates bent and welded, and the protective partition is installed inside the box to isolate the switch from the live body. It is suitable three-phase four wire and three-phase five wire systems with AC voltage below 380V and frequency of 50Hz in buildings such as buildings, hotels, stations, hospitals, factories, and residential buildings, used as a small distribution box equipment with lighting distribution and metering functions. It can protect the line from overload and short circuit.
Main structural features
- The shellis made of cold-rolled steel plate welded, and the panel is hinged and equipped with a special lock. Spacer plates are installed inside the box to isolate the switch from the charged body.
- Installation method of components: The switch is installed on a galvanized C-shaped bracket, and the base plate installed of
the components is galvanized. - The incoming and outgoing method outside: incoming on top and outgoing at the bottom, or on the contrary, or in the same
direction. - Protective grounding measures: galvanized steel plate in PE row-TMY (2*20)mm² inside the box, with markings affixed. The bracket of PE row is welded to the box. The surface of the shell is electrostatically sprayed, and the component mounting plate is galvanized. Grounding screw M8, and connect the PE row and grounding screw with 15-2mm² tinned soft copper braided wire.
- Wiring method of components: Each phase of the main switch outgoing wire is insulated wire of 10mm² or 6mm² (wire of10mm² is a multi-stranded flexible wire, wire of 6mm² is a sinale stranded hard wirel, the incoming line of the switch of 1-4 branches uses multi-stranded flexible wires of 10mm², the incoming line of the switch of 5-9 branches uses 6mm² single stranded hard wire, and the incoming and outgoing line of the meter use 10mm² multi-stranded flexible wire with color marks.
