Application Fields
Offshore wind power, new energy grid connection, flexible DC transmission
Usage
The bridge arm reactor is connected in series with the bridge arm unit of the flexible DC converter valve and, together with the transformer leakage reactance, forms the commutation reactance. Its core functions include: controlling power transmission, filtering, suppressing AC-side current fluctuations and circulating currents between bridge arms, while limiting the rapid rise of short-circuit fault currents to ensure safe and stable system operation.
Main Technical Parameters
Rated Voltage: 10 ~ 500kV Rated Current: 100 ~ 3000A
Product Features
The product adopts AC/DC hybrid temperature rise design to optimize heat distribution, combined with voltage equalization simulation modeling, imidazole epoxy formulation system and staged curing process. By precisely controlling thermal stress during material curing, internal defects are reduced. The formed encapsulation layer has a dense structure, with crack resistance improved compared to traditional processes, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment under complex working conditions. In addition, for bridge arm reactors used in offshore wind power, our company has developed a special weight reduction and anti-corrosion scheme, reducing weight by more than 25% compared to conventional products, with anti-corrosion grade up to C5 level.
