The L-CNG filling station uses a cryogenic high-pressure plunger pump to pressurize LNG liquid to 20~25MPa. The high-pressure liquid enters a high-pressure ambient air vaporizer and is gasified into compressed natural gas (CNG), which is then filled into CNG vehicles via a CNG dispenser. It consists of an LNG storage tank, cryogenic high-pressure plunger pump, high-pressure ambient air vaporizer, water bath heater, sequence control panel, CNG storage cylinder group, CNG dispenser, piping, valves, and station control system, etc. The L-CNG filling station equipment developed by Tianhai Industry features mature process, reliable system insulation, good matching performance with vehicle cylinder gas supply systems, zero venting loss operation, high degree of automation, and small on-site construction volume due to integrated pump skid design.
