An LNG vaporization station unloads LNG feedstock from an LNG tanker truck into an LNG storage tank. The pressurized LNG enters an ambient air vaporizer, exchanges heat with air to convert into gaseous natural gas and raise the temperature, and is finally sent to the natural gas pipeline network after pressure regulation, metering, and odorization to supply gas for urban residents, industrial kilns, and emergency peak shaving. It consists of an LNG storage tank, unloading/storage tank pressurizer, ambient air main vaporizer, EAG heater, pressure regulation metering odorization skid, process piping, valves, and station control system, etc.
Tianhai Industry designs and produces small standard vaporization skids for factories and residential areas for power generation and heating, as well as various large vaporization stations with different vaporization capacities according to user requirements. The standard vaporization skid has a vaporization capacity from 300Nm³/h to 2000Nm³/h, with convenient and flexible installation and use.
