Product Introduction

Seawater desalination and water treatment equipment integrated manufacturing technology involves all aspects of the equipment life cycle, including equipment development and process design, production preparation, processing and manufacturing, and after-sales service.

In terms of equipment development and process design, it has large-scale design software such as CAD, PDMS, and SolidWorks, and can provide customized equipment development services according to customer requirements. In terms of processing and manufacturing, it has a 9600 square meter production workshop equipped with advanced production and manufacturing equipment such as laser cutting, five-axis turning and milling composite machine tools, and intelligent machining centers. It has capabilities in organic processing, welding, sandblasting and painting, assembly, and testing, and has established a relatively complete design, production, and quality management system.

It can support the research and development of serialized seawater desalination devices, high-pressure pumps, and energy recovery devices, and undertake processing tasks such as membrane frame processing, seawater desalination and water treatment device integration, portable desalination machines, and emergency water purifiers.

Product Parameters

It is capable of carrying out design, processing, and installation and debugging work for small seawater desalination equipment to 10,000-ton seawater desalination devices.

It has successively undertaken and completed more than 20 seawater desalination and water treatment membrane frame processing and equipment integration tasks, including the Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone Seawater Desalination and Comprehensive Utilization Integration (30,000 tons/day demonstration) project, the Ningxia Baofeng Energy Desalinated Water Treatment Project, and the 1,000 tons/day island seawater desalination project.
