The photovoltaic super-hydrophilic self-cleaning nano coating is an innovative bionic structure and nano material design. It forms a porous dense coating on the surface of photovoltaic glass through room-temperature coating. The coating has excellent self-cleaning properties, anti-static properties, weather resistance, light transmittance enhancement, and super strong wear resistance, helping photovoltaic power stations achieve "cost reduction and efficiency improvement", reduce carbon emissions, and promote the green development of the photovoltaic industry. This product is suitable for distributed or centralized photovoltaic power stations, photovoltaic module glass production plants, etc. This product was applied in a coating test on the green mine photovoltaic power generation project (installed capacity 6.8MW) of a mining development company in Hebei. Compared with before coating, the power station coated with the coating achieved a power generation gain of 2%-10%, with particularly significant gains in the rainy and snowy seasons (greater than 10%). This product was tested on the rooftop photovoltaic system (installed capacity 99kW, area approximately 440m²) at the port demonstration base of the Desalination Institute. The power generation gain effect is obvious. Compared with before coating, the power generation gain of the coated photovoltaic panels after snow accumulation reached 12.2%.
