Yanzhou Coal Yulin Energy Co., Ltd. 260t/h Pulverized Coal Boiler

The boiler is a high-temperature high-pressure pulverized coal boiler, mainly used for steam for chemical production and power generation. It adopts a medium-speed mill cold primary air direct blowing pulverizing system, solid slag discharge, and rotary air preheater. It burns bituminous coal that is easy to coke in Shaanxi region, while co-firing chemical waste fuel gas. The boiler design adopts large-volume furnace and low-nitrogen technology pulverized coal burners. Since the boiler was put into operation, it has run for more than 8000 hours per year without abnormal shutdown phenomena such as furnace slagging or heating surface tube wear and tube burst.
