Hainan Jinhai Pulp & Paper 1x670t/h Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

The 670t/h high-temperature ultra-high pressure biomass circulating fluidized bed boiler project of Indonesia Sinar Mas Group Hainan Jinhai Pulp & Paper is the largest capacity biomass boiler in China jointly designed and developed by our company and Tsinghua University. The fuel is biomass raw materials such as wood chips and bark remaining from pulp production at Jinhai Pulp & Paper. The boiler design adopts the fluid state reconstruction design concept, with high boiler efficiency, small air distribution plate resistance, light heating surface wear, and the plant power consumption rate is about 6% lower than conventional fluidized bed boilers. The 670t/h biomass co-firing circulating fluidized bed boiler of Hainan Jinhai Pulp & Paper won: the National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Major Technical Equipment Key Project, and has applied for the certificate of Asia's largest biomass boiler.
