Turkey ETI SODA Power Station Expansion Project 65t/h Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

The 65t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler procurement project for the Turkey ETI SODA Power Station Expansion Project is the first boiler export project cooperated by our company with China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd. It adopts low calorific value fuel, with the design coal calorific value of only 2147kcal/kg. During boiler design, technologies such as small air distribution plate, bell-type air cap, staged combustion of primary and secondary air, and high-temperature adiabatic cyclone separator were adopted, solving technical problems such as unstable combustion due to low fuel calorific value, uneven material return, and low boiler efficiency.
