Huaneng Zhaodong 1x116MW Circulating Fluidized Bed Hot Water Boiler

This project is a key heating supply project of China Huaneng Group in Heilongjiang region to ensure heating supply and people's livelihood. The boiler adopts water-cooled furnace wall CFB hot water boiler technology, which complies with the national energy policy of "energy conservation and emission reduction, developing a sustainable economy". It belongs to the new energy and energy-saving technology field strongly supported by the state. The boiler efficiency is ≥93%. In the Announcement of the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China and the high-efficiency energy-saving boiler promotion catalog, the boiler efficiency ranks first. During the boiler design stage, three invention patents and four utility model patents were adopted. The boiler has high efficiency, low pollutant emissions, improved boiler reliability and utilization rate, with good social and economic benefits, reaching the international advanced level. In 2020, it won the first prize of Heilongjiang Province's first set of products.
